Large Vessels and Heavy Walls

Extreme Duty BH Vibrators excel at creating a vibration response that eliminates rat holes and bridging in large and heavy walled vessels. This includes bunkers, chutes, grizzlies, and other storage vessels with walls up to 3/4” thick.

Less Equipment More Flow

Influence more material with fewer vibrators. Extreme Duty BH Vibrators generate a bin response with a large area of influence that reduces material sliding friction and strength. This promotes fast and complete movement of even the most stubborn materials.

Thorough, Safe Cleanout

Remove long standing material that, if left, can cause corrosion and in some instances becomes a combustion hazard. Eliminate the need for manual cleanouts and reduce employee risk by ensuring empty silos and bunkers for internal inspections.

No Wall Penetration

Don’t replace one material flow issue with another. Extreme Duty BH Vibrators are installed without the need to penetrate the wall and will not introduce a new obstruction in your vessel that could hinder material flow.

Install that Won’t Slow Production

Down time during install is reduced in most applications. Exterior mounting of the vibrator enables the vessels to remain filled during installation in many applications. This removes the need to halt production to empty the vessel for installation and then refill to start producing again.
