NAVCO® is extremely experienced at integrating custom vibratory tables into existing processes. There are a wide variety of options available to make integration seamless.
NAVCO® Roller Grid Top Tables incorporate a built in roller section and can be customized with accessories such as power rollers and limit switches.
Grid Top Tables are ideally suited for roller conveyor applications. During operation the table rises between the rollers and lifts the load, after vibrating it lowers to replace the load back onto the rollers.

JOLT TABLE
The NAVCO®
Jolt Table is made specifically for light fluffy products that are not
easily agitated under high frequency. The table produces a sharp, distinct
‘jolt’ action to compact the material.
The controls on the NAVCO® pneumatic vibratory table are simple. Variable frequency and amplitude are obtained by regulating air pressure to the drive assembly. Standard controls consisit of a filter, regulator and lubricator assembly, a manual control valve and any hose assemblies.
A solenoid valve and timer can be used for remote control or greater automation. Other controls are available as well depending on the application.
